We have degrees in business, art, education and wildlife management.
We have certification in early childhood education, wildlife management, major and minor in education, computer programming, human development, as well as other certifications.     We have app. 49 years experience in farming, 30+ years in education, 10 years experience in library science, retired from raising livestock and poultry, 50+years in business, and we have volunteered in many areas working with all ages and in a number of businesses.   We are members of the Livingston and the Beaumont Farmer's market for 10+ years.    The    Johns family began and cared
for John's Grocery, Meat Market, Feed and Wholesale/Retail gasoline until the later part of the 80's as well as running a propane truck for a number of years.    Johns Oil Company supplied many of the then small stores with gas as well as some of them which are still in business.
The Johns family has always had a strong work ethic.    We were taught to work for what we had and not to take what someone else has worked hard for and not to try to pull someone else down just because they had worked hard. We believe that God is alive and everyone will answer to God some day.
Those of you who traded with the Johns family also helped many other people as we have a lot of missionaries and health care workers in our family.    Our family has adopted and cared for about as many adopted children as we have our own children.
America is America and will stay that way as long as people are Americans. America is a country that lives the American way.
